Hurley's Heroes

Tried to purchase a model for my buddy as a surprise. My friend frequents this store and I live out of state. Employee I spoke to was combative and unreasonable about my wanting to pre purchase the item for him before his visit. They dont take money over the phone nor are willing to work with you given the circumstance. Buy models online elsewhere for cheaper

Great atmosphere plenty of board games for family fun and may just have what you need for you mtg deck

Came in from out of state to visit some friends. Bought a board game, played for a couple hours and had a good time. On our way out, we asked the employee (red hair) if the ice cream store that was caddy corner was open and got nothing but attitude and dirty looks for the remainder of the time we were there. I am genuinely confused as to why. I will be sure to head somewhere else in the future. I hate to let one thing ruin my experience, but I left very baffled.

Worst card store ever? Employees showed up 15-20 minutes after the store was supposed to be open, and they didnt say anything to a single person in my group of 3 the entire time we were in there. Poor selection and variety, if you’re looking for TCG singles they only have MTG. If you want booster packs, go somewhere else. Packs that average $7-9 are being sold for double and triple that much. A booster box of Mega Dream can be found online for $80 easily, while in store theyre $170 and tax. Any other store in Joplin is a better choice than this place. Dont waste your time shopping here.

Great local game store. Lots of board and card games. Loads of comics. Friendly staff.
