First Hobbytown we visited. We notice a lot of Hobbytown popping up around Houston. This one is located near HEB. Very spacious store with a gaming room in the middle. I felt it was well organized for various interest of collectibles and DIY. RC cars, Pokémon merchandise, Gundam wing builds, tamagotchi, board games, puzzles, funko pop, some figpin, and more. Saw some Woobles of you want to get into sewing. They also had the wood DIY build kits too. We were looking for Lorcana cards but no booster packs. There were some starter packs. Some limited Pokémon cards. No Gundam cards during pur visit. If your looking for cards, they were sold out. Apparently they get some but of course sell out quickly. The worker we encountered was super nice. He was very informative and helpful in trying to assist for what we were looking for. They also had some random gifts and trinkets I would see at hot topic or Spencer's. So I would recommend a stop of you need a random gift. Great place for lil kid fidget stuff. My kid kept asking for those dumplings. Overall clean and organized. Our staff encounter was great.

So calm and quiet. Like being in a museum. Knowledgeable sales rep! It's going to be a fun summer, now that you're in town!

I see tmnt products, I buy tmnt products. New spot on louetta that opened up and it’s a mix of board game collectibles, remote toy cars, Funko pop, and play areas with of course the touch of card collecting. Small but somewhere to browse around, kill some time, step in for nice cold air and stroll.

Great store! It’s nice to have a Hobbytown back in Houston. This one isn’t just RC focused and plans on adding more. This particular store has a little for everyone, from Board Games, DIY Book Nooks, RC, Gundam, Funko Pop, Lego, One Piece and more! The wife, daughter, and I were all able to browse and find things we were interested in. They were also asking for feedback or if there was anything else we wanted to see. They have a smaller play room they were inviting people to assemble Lego kits in. They also plan to use the room to host games. Lots of potential. Can’t wait for them to expand to Katy and Cypress so it’s a bit closer.
