Came in and was wanting help with my rc car but the guy that normally helps me wasn’t there!!!! An employee told me he got let go over something I will not repeat but it’s crap! Won’t be going back for how they treated Phil and everything that was say about him. Every time I walked in there everyone was standing around not Phil he was willing to help and was very informative. Now this place can just go under. Phil was the only one in there worth a dam!! I feel sorry for the owners you let go of the one good person there! VERY SAD

I was very impressed with the service we received tonight! Both gentlemen helping my daughter. I know so many employees other places are sick of hearing about Needohs but this place has been nothing but nice and today they were helpful picking some out.

This store has always been my one stop for gunpla, even more with how bigger the inventory has been, there are many hobby stuff here too, paints, weather kits, rc cars etc. The workers are also cool people

This place is awesome! They are super friendly and helpful. I had two cars needing repair - the repair guy not only helped me debug the issues on the spot, he offered to show me which parts to order if I wanted. I decided to let them do the repairs just because he was so transparent and wanted to support the local business. They got the repairs done as soon as the parts came in, and I was really surprised at how reasonable the bill was. They had even ordered parts they didn't end up using (they weren't sure what the problem was up front) and didn't charge me. Will definitely go back for future purchases and repairs. Oh and they also have a little mini car track and let my kid drive a demo car. Great place!

They had what I was looking for ( 7.4v battery). My battery died because I did not see my kid did not turn off the r.c. car and the lights completely drain the battery killing it. I had 350mAh and I bought a 600 mAh giving me more run time on my kid toy. Overall satisfied with my purchase.
