Hi Hi Mochi - Folsom

this place is pretty cool the one time I've actually been inside the store, they were helpful and friendly. after a good experience I wanted to go back and experience it again. I showed up on a Monday at 6pm to find them closed an hour early with no signage showing why. they have the hours posted on the door that they close at 7pm so not sure why they closed, oh well I'll come back tomorrow. showed up the next day during their posted hours again to find them closed to the public (they host game nights on Tuesdays I guess) I just wish there was maybe more communication, like something on the door about them not being open to the public or needing to close early. the most heartbreaking thing is I can literally see the anime figure I want in the window but I can't buy it.

Matthew and Jay helped us find what we were lookin for. Nice store and cool stuff!

Matthew’s friendly enthusiasm was infectious! He helped pick the perfect outfit for Chip! Great place to find your fave Anime!

Matthew was great! Very friendly and attentive as soon as we walked in. I will be returning without my son next time for his Christmas gifts. Thanks for the help Matthew!
