I was really impressed with large mtg collection. The clerk was incredibly helpful even though the shop was super busy. I would definitely recommend it to others. I hope to be back soon!

LOL I had to come back and edit this review because after reading other comments I’m seeing the SAME thing over and over again, the customer service is terrible. Just look at the replies. I’m pretty sure it’s that front counter guy responding and honestly I’m guessing he’s the owner because there’s no way someone’s service can be THAT bad and still have a job 💀 So yeah I honestly don’t even know how to feel about this store… I walk in, ask for a Perfect Order booster box, and somehow this random guy, no idea if he even worked there, decides to say, “I don’t get people who hype up Perfect Order, it’s nonsense.” And not casually either, he said it in the rudest way possible right in front of me like I wasn’t the one about to spend money 💀 The store itself? Big but disorganized. But what really killed it for me was that comment and the fact the salesman just stood there and agreed 🤦‍♂️ Like… bro?? I’m literally a customer. I just spent money here. And now I’m getting made to feel dumb for what I like? That’s crazy. I spend money on cards DAILY. This ain’t new to me. Yeah I’ll be real, the prices were good, I won’t lie… but the disrespect? Yeah that was too much for me. Not coming back

Great experience at Heroes Collectibles. The store is clean, well organized, and packed with a wide selection of trading cards and collectibles. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and takes the time to answer questions without any pressure. Prices are fair and they always seem to have something new in stock. If you are looking for a reliable trading card store in Houston, this is definitely a spot worth checking out.

We hadn’t been here before so we called ahead of time to ask what their Pokemon singles stock looked like to which they guy said he was pricing a fresh batch and that he’d be done after a few hours. We gave ample time by shopping around and having dinner then later going out to this place. Upon arriving we were greeted, but when we asked if their sparse case was all they had (we were confused and thought there would be more) the guy pulled out a box and started stocking them which we thought should’ve already been done given how much time had passed. It was a bit awkward waiting and watching the cards being put into the display pages- some cards were sleeveless and put in multiples in one slot which is suuuper icky. The card in my video is one of those cards and we didn’t notice until later that it is scuffed horribly due to the lack of care in handling it. The store overall is a mess and VERY unorganized. Customer service could be improved for sure. That being said, their prices are excellent and they had great variety. I was working on a nine-piece page and after a week straight of looking at other shops and not finding the last card I needed, we found it the second the guy pulled out the box of cards to stock which made my night. I really want to update this review to 5 stars, but the store needs to make changes. Take care of your shop, your cards, and be professional/friendly, that’s all it takes. We’ll give this place another chance and I do recommend it for hunting singles, but I’d also suggest to thoroughly check the cards in the light for scuffs.
