I was very disappointed with my experience. It doesn't seem fair that employees are allowed to participate in the same tournaments as customers while also getting first dibs on new product releases. Customers should have an equal opportunity to purchase new items before employees set them aside for themselves. During tournaments, some employees were also loudly arguing, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere fof my kids and didn't reflect the level of professionalism I'd expect. Hearing employees openly say that they take the first pick of new products only made the situation worse. If true, this gives the impression that regular customers are at a disadvantage from the start. I hope management takes these concerns seriously by creating clearer policies on employee participation in tournaments, ensuring fair access to new products, and maintaining a more professional environment for everyone.

Just moved to town and Terra and Jake are always friendly and super helpful when I come in. Happy that this shop exists and that’s a good group of people show up to play some TCG’s! Thank you/

You can sort through their bulk for them and pay full price for whatever you find, they ignore the literal definition of "bulk". Why have the staff sort when you can utilize the customers time (Edit- the shops response speaks volumes, be careful of predatory card shops folks)

Just moved here, saw the review about being weird to women and figured it was a one off. No, I walked in and the vibes were weird. I asked a couple questions and they talked to me like I was stupid. I asked about their single packs sitting out and asked “what did they come from? Booster boxes or bundles?” and the guy sitting at the computer (i hope he’s not the owner) responded snarky and said “a box?” Yeah dude, everything comes from a box. Vibes were weird and not great inventory atleast for Pokemon. Also their singles are not sitting out which is super odd, just in a random box. I love to support local especially being a massive Pokemon spender and collector myself, but I won’t be back here based on the attitude of the employees.

Me and my boyfriend came in to try to get some pokemon cards. Group of guys playing a game, I'm sure at least one of them was supposed to be working, not a person bothered to check on us and see if we needed help or to try to check us out. Even watched them play the game for a few minutes before eventually giving up and walking out with nothing.
