Health Points TCG

Recently called ahead to inquire about a card, since I live out of town and didn't want to take a trip in vain. Gave the employee the exact description of the card. They took time to look it up and gave me a price. I got with my wife and had her go purchase since I was unable to go due to work. Long story short, they claimed that price given over the phone was for a different card and that I had given the wrong description (gave the exact description for the card) they agreed to meet at a certain price for the inconvenience but then changed their mind and upped the price $20 more ( perfect example of greed ) Ultimately they decided to choose greed over owning up to their employees mistake and providing good customer service. Will definitely not be coming back or recommending this place anymore. P.S For the cherry on top, my wife felt she was treated poorly because she was female and didn't have a lot of knowledge of the product.

Just got back into pokemon from a 10 month break “had a baby”. The shop still feels like home, had good conversations with the owner and staff they all congratulated me with my first born. So it feels genuine and personal, I always love the vibes here. I was in need of product and Henry definitely hooked it up!! I also played in the league two weeks in row and the vibes are nice. Took 1st back to back lol. The restrooms are clean the store has a lot of space! Snacks and drinks always come in clutch at good price. The prize pull always comes through took 18 packs!! I definitely recommend this shop it’s my top 3 for sure go toes in the valley

Their prices are higher than TCG Player prices and that is where they are selling their stuff. They buy at 70% to 75% and charge 110% or 120% of the cards value. Walked in one time and picked up in all this. Attached photo is a good example, as the first 2 cards are already higher than market value. Also, they hold everything in the back. About 95% of items must be asked for before viewing. Not too bad, except there were only 2 staff members on the floor but they were busy running to the back for any and everything asked for.

I am impressed by the staff's friendliness and the competitive pricing of their merchandise. Playing TCG Pokemon here is a pleasure! The players are nice and friendly. The store's atmosphere is excellent! Thank you Connor for your great customer service!

Very interesting card shop! I’m glad they do a lot of Yugioh as well as deck cores! Which was a nice change of pace being able to purchase everything you need without making a card list for a shop owner!
