Employees are very knowledgeable of their products regarding Magic and the variety is interesting. My boyfriend got lots of help being new to the game and I found a theme I liked too. They also invited us to the Thursday raffle

The best experience I could ask for for someone getting into some hobbies I’ve been thinking about, enough that I wanted to write a review. from DND to Warhammer to one piece I was helped with getting into an understanding these games as well as finding a community where I could potentially play said games. The black gentleman at the counter was very nice and understanding even though I shot them probably more than 50 questions lol. I recommend this shop for getting started or for getting information on the more popular games going on right now. Thank you guys so much.

I try to support mom an pop stores like this, but unfortunately repeated price gouging and insane markups forced me to look elsewhere. Marking up a draft box bundle from $70 to $180 is insane when the product is neither exclusive nor hard to manually pull the individual items together for the same price, and yet it was sold at $180. I didn't notice since I had gotten multiple items but came back to return it the next day and purchased elsewhere. Didn't even get an apology or a 'sorry for the insane markup we put on this'. I guess they gotta find some way to pay that massive lease in the new location Update: To be fully clear on the details, since you brought up checking the inventory data, you personally rang up my purchase on Jan 29th. There was no line behind me; the only other customers were playing at the tables across the room, so you weren't rushed. You even asked which side of the booster packs you should pull from since we joked about it, so I know you had a normal amount of time at that register, not a chaotic rush job. I then returned it on the 30th when I made the purchase elsewhere. For the numbers: total charge was $257. Attached is a screenshot showing the $179.43 return credit, plus the order confirmation for the same draft box from another retailer, at $89 that's an actual current-market price (at that time). $165 pre-tax for a non-exclusive box isn't a case of "the market moved fast," it's roughly double what it's actually selling for elsewhere. I'm not trying to pick a fight here, I'd genuinely like to understand how this got missed at checkout, and I'd encourage you to dig into your pricing process. If it happened to me, it's probably happened to other customers too. I want to keep shopping here, but I need to understand how a box gets priced at nearly double market with no one catching it. What changed so it doesn't happen again?

Clean store, seems lively for events I hope people keep going. Booster boxes are overpriced even compared to TCG… I think I (and others) would rather buy it online and pay shipping wait a little than pay another 15-25$. I understand that they have a business to run but I went to another shop (Much smaller and other ones) and got a lower price ($20 lower) so I bought multiple booster boxes there instead. To improve I’d say be more negotiable or get your inventory at a lower price to have more wiggle room. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go there again to buy any booster boxes but I think it’s a cool place to play out for their events. They do have a variety of boxes from Pokémon, yugioh, union, magic… the owner seems cool , I’d want to support more but again the prices need work.

The service here is amazing, the employees have been very kind and helpful and always willing to assist with any needs that need to be met. Their selection is honestly very large from MTG all the way to even union arena they have had everything that I’ve needed from my experiences. And for prices of hobbies that they offer I think the value is worth it. Everything is fairly priced and I also think the selling value of cards is pretty fair as well.
