Guild Vault Games

Been going here for over ten years now! Has always that comfy club house vibe and a great community! Also there is this handsome young man that works there named James! I long for him body and soul. I have had a crush on him for about a year now and this Friday I think I'm finally ready to admit my love!

Bought a 36 pack of Perfect Order pokemon boosters, was having fun until I started scanning the codes into pokemon TCG Live app and saw that there were cards that I should have gotten but didn't. Some of the ones I got were other versions of the card I should have gotten, like a Mega Starmie Ex 021/088 was supposed to be the full art Mega Starmie ex 102/088. Don't know if this is a problem with the Pokemon TCG Live App (which I doubt) or if the store is sell products that have been tampered with (which seems most likely) but either way I won't be back for a while. Not going to shop at a place where I can't trust the products I buy are legit.

My son is just getting in to Pokémon so we stopped in so he could get some cards. This was his first time ever buying cards and he pulled a pretty rare card. I couldn't tell if he was more excited or if the staff were more excited. They were amazing. They hyped him up, told him what the card was worth, and sent us home with the card packed up and protected. Their joy was infectious and they made the experience a really unforgettable one for my son. Great place. 100% will have our business going forward.

Every time I go in the workers are nice and efficient! They know me by name and seek to give me the best they have each time. Their prices for trading in MTG cards is fair and they have a wonderfully varied stock of cards. If they don't have what you want, their website's wishlist feature will put what you desire in the owner's mind, though they don't do custom orders so you will just have to hope he'll get it. Their events for pre-release are awesome, I never regret going, and it is always the highlight of each new MTG set release. I'm glad this store exists and do so much for the hobby here!

Great card/board game shop. Service is slightly hit or miss based on which clerk is working. The guy who was bigger build was very nice and gave me good service, but the next day I went there were two skinny dudes who weren't as nice for service when I visited second time. Still a nice shop, changed to 5 stars, recommended to shop for singles magic cards and owner is very receptive to feedback! Very nice guy :)
