Guardian Cards & Comics

Good store for comic readers and trading card players. Their bulk bins cover a large range of card sets. They also have an easy to navigate card picker bin set and display case. Good store for pokemon, magic, ad other games. Prices are fair.

It's a bummer that I am giving the space 2 stars because I think it serves the MTG community well. However, the prices on the stuff they are not getting through official distros are for lack of a better term, scalper prices. One Piece used to be reasonably priced at this store with a under 30% markup which is understandable as they aren't a Bandai store for the game. But we are now seeing 100%+ markups on the product and I just can't recommend the store if that is how they are treating the player base. This is something that is becoming more and more common with the stores that don't have the license but being the only store in the area that sells it leaves the players feeling like we are being taken advantage of and most of us are heading into Chittenden County or Plattsburg as a result. I'll keep checking in to see if they revert back down to lower markups and if they do i'll be ecstatic to change this review as the space itself really is awesome.

Just pulled this GOD PACK from this amazing store!!!!! They are they best, please stop in and check them out. You won't regret it!!!

I brought my young son into the shop so he could learn about the value and the trading side of Pokemon. The owner stayed with us for an hour explaining all of the ins and outs of collecting. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and kind. The time he spent with us was so appreciated by myself and my son. Thank you!!

Finally got to check out this store. Nice, clean and organized. With great selection of cards. Price is relatively higher as expected due to high demand on Pokemon cards and limited stocks. I will go back again to purchase some more for sure.
