New Palworld tcg came out got 2 boxes for 79.99 on release day which is 30$ above msrp which is reasonable obvious the store has to make some money. Not even 2 hours later my friend went to go get a box so we could play the game together and the price was jacked up to 250$ a box. That is straight predatory pricing trying to take advantage of something that they got CASES of for msrp. That’s worse then scalper prices and not something you should do to people that wanna support local stores

Used to be a very good place that cared about the players and community now they charge more than market prices and have made in impossible to justify thier prices. It's understandable they didn't want to let the other stores be the only one making extra money with the current market prices instead of retail pricing, but it's now a lot higher to purchase there then any other store or online.

This place is amazing!!! The selection of board games is huge. My whole family went in looking for Yu-Gi-Oh cards and Nicole helped us. She was informative, helpful and very patient. They also hold various casual play nights for different TCGs. Overall, just a great first impression.

The bigger stature male employee that works here, sometimes wearing a petsmart shirt, has the most unpleasant, and unhelpful attitude i think i have ever experienced, to be very frank. My boyfriend and I have came here no less than 10 times, and every single time, it’s like pulling teeth to get this guy to help us. Doesn’t acknowledge you when you come in the store, and ignores you while you’re standing at the counter in front of his face, until the awkward silence becomes too much, and we verbally have to ask him to help us get something. Today, I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, while him and Evan talked, neither one of them saying a single word to me, having their own conversation, helping another woman who walked up AFTER me, and doing math to buy their own purchases. I was planning on buying a high ticket booster box for my boyfriends birthday, but not after being treated like I didn’t exist, after the NUMEROUS times we have returned, trying to give the store another chance, and there IS good stock. We don’t even mind the higher prices! But nasty exposure something we CANNOT get behind, when you can go 5 minutes down the road to sound go round, and be treated with respect & friendliness, like you’re their friend. And that’s EXACTLY what I did. Get better employees who give a damn.

Went earlier today for a Pokemon release. I’ve shopped here a few times prior and they charge normal market prices, especially since they get things from suppliers and not resellers. Was shocked to see them charging $125 for a $60 pack. That’s more than double. Very disappointing and won’t be coming back. They had plenty, too. They had way more stock available than game stop, so charging that much is a little crazy. Just sad to lose a good hobby shop to such obvious greed.
