Great Escape Adventures - Horseheads

I've been there only once so far and it was great, the two employees that helped me find what I was looking for were great, I sadly didn't get their names but they are were awesome.

Terrible customer service. Would not take back a brand new still sealed product that was a duplicate Christmas gift even with a receipt. I've spent hundred of dollars here over the years, but between this and the above msrp pricing I'll drive to Rochester to get my games.

Staff were friendly and funny. Game selection and variety was great. An extremely cute local business that nails the essence of the friendly local games store.

My husband had heard many great things about Great Escape and we were finally able to stop in to check it out recently. It's such a cool store with tons of games available.The staff were really nice and helpful in finding things. The game room is great, with a wide variety of different games to try out. I'm sure our family will be back again.

A very neat game store that really maximizes its space. I've been to one of their sister locations in Buffalo NY in the Walden Galleria often since I'm from that area, but this one in Horseheads is much cooler. When I'm rarely in the area, I always make a visit to here. It is arranged in an interesting way and has lots of unexpected stuff you wouldn't expect to find at other game stores and could be a place that has that one obtuse and abstract niche thing you're looking for. I love visiting this location it's super duper cool.
