At first I was loving my experience at Grand Slam. I went in on August 23rd to see about selling some of my cards and a sealed worlds box, which while there I was asked if I could come back on Monday August 24th as the TCG guy will was at a show. Pictures of my cards and box were taken and it seemed like they were very interested in doing a deal. Yet when I went in on Monday it was completely different, I got into the store by 5:40 p.m. and was told Will was not there yet which was fine as I didn't mind waiting. Then the other man who worked over in the pokémon section came back over to tell me he had bad news that two of the cards he was looking at Will wasn't interested in same thing with the worlds box. Which sucked because I did come back thinking I would be able to make a deal but I still had other cards and said I would still wait for Will as I wouldn't mind just doing a trade in. I was told Will was outside smoking so I figured it wouldn't be that long. Yet then I was ignored and the man Will walked past me around three times and never said a thing, I didn't realize that was Will until I heard someone call him by his name. At that point I packed up my stuff and left. I could understand changing your mind but to make it seem like they were interested in a deal and having me come back only to say that you actually weren't interested isn't professional. I was also willing to accept a trade in deal and a box but I wanted to see what I could get trade in wise and that when I was ignored completely. I don't forsee myself coming back after this.

Enjoyed my time at your store. Everyone is well versed in collectibles. I dealt with owner Steve and was dealt very fairly with my sports collection that I sold to him. They have fair prices in store and was spoken with genuine care for my collectibles. I recommend this store highly. I will be back.

This place is AMAZING!! It's like reliving my childhood every time I walk through the door! Their selection of memorabilia is unparalleled, from the cards, the autographed helmets, the jerseys, to the signed baseballs and my son and I have never seen so many Pokémon cards in one place! Though the best thing about this place isn't even the products they're selling, it's the AMAZING staff!!! They are beyond helpful, and super knowledgeable! It is my son and mine's favorite place to go in Ocala!!

Grand Slam Collectibles is a must-stop if you’re into Pokémon! They’ve got a great selection and some really cool inventory you don’t see everywhere. We picked up an awesome Jolteon Chinese box and couldn’t be happier with it. Staff was friendly and the whole experience was smooth. Definitely stopping back next time!

This card shop is so awesome! My partner is into sports cards, so I’ve been tagging along with him when he goes to shops, and when we came in I was blown by the inventory, and the staff! They have a huge variety of sports cards, and Pokémon cards. I grew up collecting Pokémon cards with my brother, so looking through everything brought back so many memories! I even walked out with some cards for myself, which was something I wasn’t expecting at all, but I’m super happy about. The staff is super knowledgeable, kind, and are willing to work one on one with you to make sure you’re able to get all the information you need to make a purchase. Absolutely 10/10, love this place— my partner and I will be back!
