Pretty pleasant experience! Came down done for the first time to test and see if my pokemon asthetic modded n64 would work. As I was having connection issues with my n64 game to show up on Disney crt tv, and the employees were super kind to hook my n64 up to make sure it was working. ^^ (Luckily it did too, just had to light clean the to the cartridge to get a signal which they were really kind to do. 😸) Bought a n64 controller too and overall just had a really awesome time talking with everyone. Pretty good selection of video games + consoles and great vibes. While the prices on stuff may be a wee bit pricey, from my experience of purchasing video games and controllers. I've had a good experience on the quality being really good/like new so I've been very satisfied for the stuff I spent there. 🙂↕️

Im very disappointed in this place. I went in a couple weeks ago when I was down in Everett for a Silvertips game. I hadn't been in but once since the owner sold to someone else. So I thought I would check it out again. I noticed a blue N64 controller with the box in the display case. Its was not super busy in there when I walked in. Few people at the table playing cards and couple other customers. I patiently waited for my turn to speak to the employee that was there. They seemed kinda stressed out. I asked about the controller, they pulled it out of the case. I asked about the price, no price. Ok, so the employee was messaging someone to find the price for it. Enough time passes, I gotta go. I left my number and name on a post it note. Before I left we were able to come up with a price. They wrote the price on the sticky note. So that the price we discussed would be honored when I came back to get it. They said they would test the controller for me because they were unsure if it had been tested. Saturday comes and im waiting for a phone call. I go about my day, still no call. I ended up calling them and inquiring if they had tested and checked the controller. Nope.. nothing of the sort. They said they would put their feeler out to see what was going on with it. Sunday comes, no call. I decided to get some food and pop in there to see whats going on. I spoke to an employee when walked in. Asked about the controller, and was told "oh that went back out". I was confused by what they had said. So they knew about it, maybe not all the info but they knew about it. I asked if the controller had been tested and they told me "It should have been". Wow ok, when I told them the price we discussed they said it was $10 higher. They ended up honoring the price, which I was very thankful! When I got home I took the controller out of the box so that I could test the controller. It was so dusty and gross. I wiped it down, and after I plugged it in and started checking buttons. The thumb stick was legit, all the other buttons worked, except the top C button. I took it apart because I had no intention of returning it because it had the box. Cleaned it, there was so much crud inside. Cleaned the C button area and put it back together. Still didn't work, it appeared that some of the traces may have been corroded. Its a parts controller now. I already fixed 2 controllers with it. So what im trying to get across is that every potential buyer should be precision to you. Thats just good business practice. Take care of your customers and they will come back. So that your business doesn't go under. Be very cautious about buying things from here. Check everything! Also the receipt said complete but was missing the controller insert.

Not as good of a selection as years ago and service isn't the best. Some game prices were a lot higher than like Mercari or eBay, but it was good for window shopping. On the other hand, some consoles were very affordable. It would be really helpful for them to have a website so people have an idea of what types of games/consoles they carry. Their social media is pretty simple to highlight sales and events. Forces you to go in and see if they have what you're looking for. A little easier to go to places like Game Stop with up to date websites and pricing.
