Gather Your Party Games & Hobbies LLC

I haven't played Magic since High School, but with my daughter's interest in Card Games, I began attending the events at Gather Your Party. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful and the games I played at the Hobbit Prerelease were friendly and accepting of a returning player. The Prerelease events will be something I look forward to each time and I even found a commander group! I highly recommend this store.

I came here for the first time new to town. I didn’t know any magic pkayers. Very quickly as soon as I walked by I was welcomed in by their community. They have a good selection of product. They don’t carry a large collection of singles in terms of cards from olds sets to now but anything made after 2018 they have. They have a good dragon shields shelf. You can usually pop in on any day of the week an find magic players and warhammer players in the wild. Everyone is very respectful and courteous. Family friendly shop that has a very local feeling to it

Very friendly, open-minded, caring owners. During our visit, 3 teen boys were highly focused on their gameplay, and a few others were playing Warhammer. Love the art-centric vibe, and there are soooo many games to try out and purchase. This is not the board game aisle of your Walmart. Thoughtful, beautifully crafted games exist for players of all ages/skill levels. Play alone, with friends or family, or make friends with strangers who enjoy your game of choice. Tell the youth of Carlisle to check ot out.

This is my personal favorite place to go in Carlisle! They have a fun selection of Pokemon cards and nerd items as well as hosting play pokemon events that are super beginner friendly! The staff is extremely nice and connects with everyone who walks in! The space is very well kept and spacious as well! I have spent hours going through bulk Pokemon cards to find my favorites!

I've been going to GYP for about a year and a half now for weekly play events for the Star Wars Unlimited card game. Cheyenne and Kyle are so welcoming and inclusive, and their energy spills over into the communities that share their space. Popping over there to play is easily the highlight of my week! They have an awesome selection of TCGs, board games, and whatever that Warhammer stuff is. Not to mention, their snacks and drinks are super reasonable, which makes it so easy to support them whenever I swing by. Don't sleep on Gather Your Party!!
