GameXChange Mcminnville

I would like to give a big shout out to Eve and Haley that works here. They went above and beyond to help me with my problem. Excellent customer service

While this place does have great prices, I did get a sealed Wii Fit board for 20 bucks, the unfortunate reality is that due to some distraction caused by another employee trying to fix their leaky roof during a rainstorm, the guy ringing me up neglected to put the discs in the cases but didn't forget to charge me. So I came home with 2 empty boxes. I'm only out 11 dollars but now have two cases full of hope but no games. Luckily, I was able to find them from Play N Trade in Murfreesboro. I'm rarely in McMinville and would lose even more cash in gas to get out there, so the kids aren't forever disappointed but I really hated thinking I was coming home the hero sharing a childhood favorite, to only open two different cases containing disappointment and another errand to run.

Bought two Wii games from the McMinnville location and realized after getting home that both required additional accessories to play. I returned about two hours later with my receipt to request a refund, but was told they only offer store credit on game returns. I was frustrated because the games were essentially unusable without extra equipment, and I wish that had been explained at purchase. Haley converted the purchase to store credit, but the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, not a great customer service experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I came in as a side show looking for trading cards for my young boys, which is very uncommon I find at Game X Change, regardless, of the conversations I overheard the boss was training up his staff in a respectful manner, which is something you always want to see. The unit was large than most I've been in. Large selection of vintage games as well. Worth a visit.

This place is great for buying used games an consoles, but as far as selling any used games an consoles, they offer you very little cash back for a PS4 with 2 controllers, cords, an 20 different games to go with it. I was only offered 60 dollars cash back for my console an games.
