GameStop - 957 - Peoples Plaza

The experience is great. Every time I'm there the emplyees are nice and very helpful. They recently added boxes for their 4 for 10 and 4 for 20 deals. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because they raised their tcg card prices to scapler prices. How are kids supposed to get their cards if one pokemon booster bundle costs $60?! (Retail is $30 by the way) All in all it's great for games, but not for cards at all.

Customer service and staff are phenomenal at this location. Have been very satisfied with my preorder experience so far with the new Resident Evil. Their $5 deposit system and 20% extra trade credit towards preorders goes a long way in making new releases affordable for people on a budget.

Nice clean store. Limited selection of Wii games which was my target but given the age of the Wii system, games are hard to come by.

Let me just tell you how amazing these guys are… I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but long story short I went in because my 6 yr wanted a switch for Christmas. (I know nothing when it comes to the newer gaming thing) I had so questions and he was very polite, patient and answered everything. The one thing I really liked was I didn’t feel pressured or the fact they were just trying to sell me something. The gentleman explained to me what Nintendo switch he preferred and why. Needless to say the guys in this store are awesome and I will definitely be going back to this location.

Employees were awesome! Great products / merch options. My daughter was DYING to go to any GameStop 🎯 Happened to be the closest one to us at the time; glad it was. 😁
