GameStop - 931 - Douglasville Pavilion

Matthew was awesome! The store had just opened, he was the only one handling 10 customers as soon as the door open. I just wanted to send in a couple of cards to PSA. He told me he would call me when it was back up and running again. You know he did 15 minutes later! I came right back and we sent my cards off! Thank you Matthew!

I called about getting a new console and was able to make it in time before they closed. I was greeted by Jasira, (I hope I’m remembering/spelling that correctly) who was such an amazing help. She updated my GS account for me and let me know about their new MTG setup they had. She was such a delight, I was so pleased with everything considering I came in 15 mins before closing lol. All and all, the service was great!

As a woman every time I go in without my husband I’ve been treated horribly. Nothing but attitude from them.

Game Stop, Douglasville, Georgia hosted an amazing party with free food pizza, Italian ice and drinks. The trivia and Mario kart set up were awesome. The staff hosted such a fun time and everyone was hype! I’ve been coming to this store for over 20 years and it’s always been good to the community!

Jordan is one of the managers at this location and she's absolutely amazing!! I appreciate her knowledge about making sure that I got the best deals. Her customer service is amazing and I will make sure to come again to this specific store because she is that good at serving you as a customer! I hope her manager sees this review and gives her a raise because she deserves it times 10!
