Really appreciate prince i came in on 4/23/26 around 6pm to get my son two switch controllers, Prince was very helpful and i don’t do this much but the service made me go out of my way to leave a review lol.. Supreme service 💪 Thanks brother

Star lord always helps me and my husband out with questions or games. I don’t remember his real name but his nickname is star lord. He’s really cool and always has a joke for you to laugh at. His personality always make me feel comfortable going into GameStop and I always want him to help me and no one else. He definitely deserves a raise! He knows his way around games and always answers confidently.

I like that the store is organized and the lady was nice. I do not like that they do not honor their online pick up price in store on their website. The selection was limited also.

Older brunette with highlights has black frame glasses. Black polo w/yellow logo. Evidently does not want to do their job! Refuses to answer the phone!!! Why i have to call for half a hr with no answer smh. Horrible business etiquette. I shouldn't have to come in bc they dont want to answer the phone for almost a hour smdfh

So not sure why they wanted me to pay for some membership that was 30 bucks to buy a analog stick which is a $20 replacement I might as well buy a new controller if I was gonna spend a whole 50 bucks and to top it off you can BUY IT ONLINE AS A GUEST WITH NO MEMBERSHIP I REPEAT NO MEMBERSHIP LOL but I went to the one in the mall with no hassle guy was super chill and helpful I still got it but not here or you can just buy online and pick it up
