GameStop - 914 - Hurst

I had a great experience today! I’m a new gamer and Susan was super helpful, not pushy and I appreciated that. I left the store very satisfied and can’t wait to visit again (:

I went to this location because I called and spoke with John and asked if he had the avatar frontiers of Pandora. They had this in PS5. I came by to get it. He also helped me with another game far cry primal on PS4. He also went over the membership with me and I got the monthly membership altogether today. I only spent $64 but I do have a five dollar off coupon next time and then September 1 starts the new month and I’ll get an additional five dollars off then I came here with my grandson. He really loves PS5. I just got it and we’re excited to try this. Next Generation Brands for all your marketing needs.

John waited on us today, I had called and asked if they had Avatar of Pandora for Ps5, he said yes and held it for me. I asked about FarCry and he pulled up 2 selections and went over them with me. As I was checking out he went over the monthly membership plan, I purchased tgat too. I highly recommend this location. Next Generation Brands for all your marketing needs.

Haven’t really bought anything here. I bought some Pokémon stuff 1 Pokémon go pikachu Tin it was in its original sealed wrap. I bought the Virizion v box, as the pictures show it. There seams to be expensive amount of glue to regule the box. When the flaps are closed up you can even see the dried up glue pouring out. 1 out of 4 packs only had 7 cards. With the reverse holo in the front: I reported it to GameStop same day. I spoke with one of the guys and they said that they all showed the same glue pouring out. I’m not accusing GameStops employees of tempering with the products. But it’s a bit fishy to not get any good cards from these packs after what I saw. Unfortunately I have no proof of the pack only having 7 cards.

Pretty cozy shop to explorer gaming world as well as accessories. Staffs are kindly helping checkout and its procedure was so smooth. Good for family to spend their time. Latest games are available.
