Was very satisfied with the service. We found the action figure we were looking for.

I was getting pokémon cards for my middle son's birthday with my youngest with me and the employee there saw that my son was a little sad because it wasn't his present and gave him a Batman toy.

At the most recent release we all were made to line up outside in the 100 degree weather while they only let one person in at a time. I don’t understand why they couldn’t let people inside to wait like they have done in the past. Instead you forced everyone to wait in dangerous temperatures. Get a grip GameStop, the only reason most people come to your store is for these releases and then this is how you treat them.

I had bought my son a meta quest 3. And I purchased a $60 one year warranty when I bought it. So it stopped charging so I brought it back to the store with the receipt and James was friendly helpful understanding and attentive to all of our needs he helped me get a new meta quest 3. And another warranty thank you. My advice to anybody spending this type of money purchase the $60 year warranty it is worth it if not I would have been out $500.. thank you GameStop
