GameStop - 870 - Broadway Center

I went here because I couldn't find Bowman Baseball anywhere and the Ladies were super helpful. They even secured your order when you place one online whereas other stores will gives you a million excuses as to why they charged you but don't have your order. It's becoming my go-to for sports cards

Inept staff Terrible experience. Staff wouldn't look up from phone while talking to me.

Not a "Hi", "hello", "welcome in". Just long haired man sitting on the counter browsing on his phone. No thank you or have a great day. This store could use some customer service training. Could have taken my money elsewhere, and next time I will. 🤷‍♂️

The employees were awesome, very knowledgeable and courteous as I came in at the last minute before closing.

I've never felt so invisible. Jordan didn't acknowledge my presence in the store at all. Never offered any assistance and the only words out of his mouth was to ask if I had an account for points. No hello, no thanks for shopping but he did carry on a conversation with a gentleman who came in after me. I'll definitely go spend my money somewhere else.
