GameStop - 827 - Parmatown Plaza

Terrible selection of used switch games, when my son commented on the price of the pokemon cards the guy with the beard and curly hair yelled that other people pay 2-3 times retail. Plus the past two times I went in to buy switch games they were sold out. More focused on pokemon and opening packs while they are on the clock instead of helping the customers.

Walked into this game stop yesterday, came to sell an unopened game that I just didn’t need cause I have playstation plus, the heavy set gentleman with glasses was very rude and very nasty towards me, did not give me his attention at all was on his phone and acted like I was not important at all, when I came in there basically called me a thief and told me he could not purchase the game from me because it was sealed in plastic still, I understood that part it was aggressive manner that made me post this review, show some respect and treat people better. Not everyone is a thief.

I think this was some of the worst customer service. I've ever received today from the store. Trying to remember if the guy actually talked at all or said any actual words to me during the purchase I made while he rang me out. Service is low..they had the cards I wanted tho ..thays the only reason for the two. Service is terrible. 6/9 at 3pm

You can always find a decent selection of games no matter what system they are on. I'm glad GameStop is still going strong. I assumed it would have died off by now with the digital world we live in. But who doesn't appreciate a good hard copy right. 🥰

I gotta say the people here are extremely friendly. Great customer service. Great prices on pre-owned games. The grandkids are looking forward to using the pass. We will be going back.
