GameStop - 826 - Dimmock Square

Taylor was so helpful on picking the right system and games for our kids! She broke everything down for us and was extremely friendly. I hadn't been to much of a game stop fan in the past because some representatives make you feel a little dumb when your not to tech savy but Taylor has definitely changed my opinion there! 10/10 would recoment this location for your game stop needs!

Super quick service. I didn't even have to hunt for what I was looking for. The guy at the counter asked if he could help find something and I told him and he was able to look it up and grab it for me. Extremely nice and helpful.

I called no one answers. I drive here and the place is locked. No warning, no sign on the door or in the window. What gives? I mean let your customers know something or they will wasting time and gas for noting.

I came in for the Pre-Order of the switch 2. The staff on deck helped me and answered all of my questions! I was a happy customer! I am excited for the Switch 2! Thank you GameStop! #IceburgOfficial

Only got 2 complaints about this one is they hardly ever answer the phone. If you get someone on the line you are lucky. Two in no way shape or form should a business be doing an inventory count during business hours. That’s loss of business and and a good way to have this location closed like the thousands closing around the world during 2025. Doing an inventory count is something to be done after business hours not during. I give it 4 stares instead of 2-3 because when everything is running correctly it’s not a bad GameStop but in this climate with GameStop downsizing and investing in bitcoin I would strive only for my store to pull the most revenue it can to assure that my store is protected.
