GameStop - 813 - Denver

I hope this finds other customers well. So I go in about 20 mins before close (I know my fault) BUT this should be the simplest thing he's done all day. I went in to give them my PS5 (I got a new one) this man took it apart and broke it. He was so flustered he said I don't know then took A BRAND new controller out of the box and told me it doesn't work. It gets better. This lil buddy STOLE the power cord, it's on camera and another man saw him so I'm screwed. I would like to leave you with the pictures he left my now broken PS5 in. I will do Everything I possibly can to get him fired. This man STOLE the power cord to say he won't buy it. please for the love of God do not go here

Unfortunately I haven’t learned my lesson with negative experiences at other GameStops in the past. Went in to reserve a Pokémon 30th anniversary ETB, was told I needed a GameStop Account in order to reserve it, okay fine fair enough. However I was then charged for $25 Pro membership with no other explanation from the employee who checked me out. He didn’t bother explaining that the free membership would suffice as well. Im sure the employees are pressured into this by higher ups, however these shady practices are what will keep me from returning in the future. Leaving a review here as a warning to others.

Stopped by GameStop looking for Pokémon cards for my son and ended up having a really good experience. I honestly don’t know much about the different sets, but the employee working was patient and pointed me toward a few good options that kids are apparently excited about right now. They had a better selection than I expected too. My son was thrilled with what I brought home, so definitely a successful stop for this mom.

I want to give a huge shout out to Lance and Jesus (Chuy) at this store! I went in to trade in a couple consoles that I wanted to get rid of and they were nothing but professional and amazing. I understand that testing the consoles is a process, but they always kept a positive attitude towards me and taking care of the customers. Definitely one of my favorite GameStop stores!

Highly recommend this GameStop location! I stopped in with a buddy today and was seriously impressed by the entire experience. The store was immaculately clean and organized, with a massive inventory that made it easy to find exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out was the **incredible customer service**. The staff was professional, fast, and genuinely helpful while my friend was trading in a large collection of games. It’s rare to find a shop that feels this sharp and well-managed.
