GameStop - 7836 - Crow Canyon Commons

I was welcomed by a new hire who was super positive, then a gentlemen I believed to be named Austin helped me out and was super supportive and offered me some cool deals! The place feels very home like and welcoming! Lots of good selections and if you like cards they got them all!

Rachel gave us the WORST customer service. While my family and I were browsing the store, my husband asked to hold the Mario Jamboree Switch game we wanted at the front desk. I guess it was priced incorrectly (which is not a problem for us), the issue was Rachel and how she handled the situation. I overheard Rachel have a conversation with Rosa, another employee, about the incorrect pricing from $39.99 and needing to change it to $59.99 while we were still shopping around. Surely, I did not think she would change the price mid-shopping while we held the game at the front desk. Good customer service would disclose the price change prior to ringing us up OR allow us to continue to buy the game, at the said price at the time acknowledging the mistake. INSTEAD, Rachel tried gaslighting us by saying "Well.. I see $59.99.. so did you still want the game or not?". We had informed her that it was $39.99 when we brought it to the counter, but she refused to take accountability. Again, we would've been fine with the price adjustment if she had disclosed it beforehand. I wasn't happy with her behavior, so I asked for her and the manager's name, which she followed up "That wasn't my manager.. you can leave now" (AFTER WE HAD FINISHED PURCHASING OUR OTHER ITEMS) and points to the door. As a paying customer, we should not be met with such hostility. My husband and I are VERY understanding when it comes to price changing or mislabeling, but her behavior toward us was COMPLETELY inappropriate. She gaslit us, told us we were wrong, and became more hostile after simply asking for her and the other fellow employee's name, and then proceeded to kick us out after purchasing our items. I'm not entirely sure what Rachel's issue was today, but make sure you take photos of the pricing if you choose to hold games at the front desk while you continue to browse the store (in the case they choose to change the price and then get angry at you for calling it out).

Best customer service(and cleanest smelling) at this Game stop and I have been to A LOT of Game stops. Superb store and top notch employees/management.

I went to the store to get my sons their first game. The store is extremely well kept, friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of games and collectables.

I Love video games and went to see what this GameStop was all about. After all, it’s not everyday a GameStop opens. Very big. I normally go to the one in Stoneridge Mall so I was very shocked to see how big it was. Staff was nice, and I bought a McDonald’s French fry Funko Pop! from there. 10/10 rating
