GameStop - 7823 - Pavillions Place

I called this store 10 times within 10 minutes with no answer or auto voice message no one available or busy tone.. With gas prices and wanting to make sure I don’t waist a trip traveling to multiple stores, I just wanted to check if they have an elite Xbox controller and see how turning in broken controllers give credit, but with no in-store rep available to answer the phone to ask. How does a business not answer during open hours? I’ve been there, they are not that busy and that is why they get this review.

This place probably has its good days but let me tell you, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS STORE. I specifically asked the employee that I wanted to buy a gamepass ultimate code and he proceeded to tell me that which one is best and I tell him that I just want gamepass ultimate and he didn’t give me that and instead gave me gamepass core which is the basic version of it. Next time a customer tells you what they want please just give them that or don’t sell the product at all

I just witnessed a MASTERCLASS in customer service by Robert at the Westminster location! Seriously, just go in to watch him. You will leave wanting to be a better person. I cannot believe the dignity he displayed in his patience, professionalism, articulation and kindness. I hope he is a trainer of some kind! Wow, wow, wow. If i had a business, I would snatch him up and give him the world. Thank you Robert, it was amazing to see and restored my faith in humanity.

Nothing wrong with the people working here. Just the company itself. The policies made and overall what you need for trade-ins is ridiculous. The pricing range for trading in games is absurd. If I drop off College football 25 new and barely used i get $1.00 or less. But then I see college football 26 used on the shelf and not even in the original packaging for $26??? I know about how bad gamestop in general handles tradeins, but my god seeing it first hand was brutal. Store is neat, and the guy working was nice. The only thing I didnt like was nearly buying the $25 yearly subscription. TWICE. Gamestop please do better. It sucks seeing how yall operate now, used to be my favorite place to shop.

Nic was an absolute baddie. I highly recommend if you ever need any help at the store that you ask for him. He was so nice, friendly, funny, and extremely helpful. I would 100% come back because of him. He made the trade in process so quick, easy, and his attitude was stellar. Great guy 10/10 recommend. Give Nic a raise and a manager position. Ozzie was chill too
