GameStop - 7791 - Walkill Plaza

I just wanted to buy some baseball cards, the cashier was talking to a customer so I waited when I realized that he was just talking in general not about a purchase I said excuse me he turned around and gave me a nasty look like I was bothering him. I dislike feeling like I’m out of place in a store. This was the first and last time for me!

Absolutely pathetic excuse of a store doesn’t matter when I come to this store who ever runs it is on their own time it must be nice to show up to work whenever you feel like it. On multiple occasions I have shown up when they are supposed to open and had to wait in excess of 15 minutes to an hour for someone to come open the store. Today 6/6/26 there was 10 people outside waiting for 45 minutes, good thing there’s a Best Buy 5 minutes down the street. GameStop is a thing of the past stores closing all over employees open the store when they feel like it. GameStop should just give up surrender and throw in the towel move to online only if you can’t get employees to open the store on time.!!!!!!!!!!

Employee was super nice and very helpful. Store was very clean and organized. It was so nice to actually see a game stop busy! I went in to buy some baseball cards.

Do not buy from this store, Nick is disrespectful and unhelpful. I preordered an item that was damaged and defective. Nick knew about the defective item and still handed it to me and said he couldn’t issue a refund. This is unacceptable, it misrepresents the condition promise, he barely gets any customers now so he is willing to scam everyone out of their money. I rather drive 30 miles to another store than to ever buy from this store again. Unbelievable! YOU SHOULD BE FIRED!

Went to this store and had a sign that it was closed and won't be back a certain time. SmH. Game stop should just close down totally. Totally unreliable and scam you by low balling selling back games. I knew there was a reason I haven't been back to these stores.
