Tried to purchase 2 games and a switch oled. The first switch we looked at had a broken joystick that the employee tried to pass off as funcrional. During checkout with the second console we picked out the employee (shift lead) asked me to sign up for the pro membership and made passive aggressive comments when I politely said I wasn't interested. I declined 3 separate times before the employee said "hey if you don't like shopping here you can always shop somewhere else." I then asked, "is that what we should do, shop somewhere else?" The employee responded "well yeah you clearly don't like shopping here." So I cancelled the transaction and left without completing the $400 purchase.

Got an amazing Xbox here with my boyfriend, staff was very kind a reassuring and it didn't smell too bad in there.

Joe the cashier at the store. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Was in a jam for a product and without a second thought was willing to help. This guy is why I will return every time for any of my gaming needs.

Be very cautious when shopping here. I purchased a Nintendo Switch 2 in early August, largely because the associate assured me I could return it within 30 days as a GameStop Pro subscriber. That return policy was the deciding factor in my purchase. After using the console, I realized it wasn't for me — the battery life was disappointing, and the included Mario Kart game had changes I didn’t enjoy. When I returned to the store to bring it back, I was told the console was not returnable. I explained what I had been told at the time of purchase, but both the associate and the manager refused to honor that information or help in any way. They completely flipped the script after the sale was made, and I was left stuck with a product I wouldn’t have bought had I known the truth. If you're considering a major purchase like this, you're better off going with a more customer-friendly retailer like Costco. This experience has completely eroded my trust in GameStop, and I won’t be shopping here again.
