GameStop - 7747 - SWM Clermont

I have been going to this location since we moved here quite a long time ago, and never have I been wary about going to this store some days like I have because of Logan. All of the other staff has been nice and patient except for him. He's rude, he's very condescending and really hates if you change your mind on something. If you try and stand your ground he will just find ways to talk down to you to make you feel bad about your decision. I am really patient when it comes to wait times and understanding some days things there can be hectic and annoying but there's never an excuse to talk down to someone because you dont like doing a return. I haven't had a single experience with him that didn't leave me feel harassed.

The young lady, Azreal was very polite, sweet and went above and beyond. Because of her customer service and patience, i bought 8 video games. I will return again thank you.

The District Manager Victor Demanded that I not get pristine trade in value on my phone trade in which is discriminatory the phones are brand new. There is a clear confusion in a loyal in how procedures work

Azreal really went above and beyond came in to trade my PS5 left a happy customer with items I wanted and even made sure I had all the deals I could get. Loved the energy right when I walked in was met with a smile and will certainly return for any future purchases because of this wonderful experience. Keep it up!

I JUST GOT SCAMMED!!!! I come to this GameStop all the time for the Funko pops specially. I had bought TWO aot Funko pops. The guy named jayden helped me…he was friendly at first…. According to my boyfriend who was next to me, jayden asked if I wanted to be parts of some reward program and I zoned out for a bit so didn’t hear what jayden said so I just agreed. (I thought he was signing me up for emails and random giveaways) He signed me up and took my info. Once I was ready to pay for TWO Funko pops, my total came out to $60 for 2 so I asked him “It’s $60 for the HANGE Funko pop and LEVI Funko pop????” Jayden said “yes.” desperate for the Funkos I payed. Then I came up to my boyfriend showed him the recipe and asked why it was $60. He said because I payed $25 for some reward program….JAYDEN WHEN DID U TELL ME YOU WERE SIGNING ME UP FOR A REWARDS PROGRAM THAT WAS $25 extra????😂 I then went back up to jayden and told him I didn’t want or even know that I had to pay $25 for some rewards program. Then he put his head down like some anime character and said “that’s what I’ve been telling you this whole time” JAYDEN NO YOU DIDNT!!!! I was going to go full Karen mode but my boyfriend stopped me. So disappointing. Make sure to be more clear with your costumers.
