Nobody ever answers the phone and some employees are antisocial to the coustomers no hello no how can I help you no have a nice day. Seems like management don't care about reviews because nothing has changed.

The GameStop employee named Gabby was super helpful. She was patient and helped me find everything I needed with no hassle. I will definitely go back to this GameStop location again. Great service!

Gabrielle was really informative and sweet! She was the only one working but handled everything like a boss. Made the whole experience very welcoming even if you had to wait a little bit.

I got my son ps5 controller from there and my Apple receipt to prove I purchased the controller with protection. My Apple receipt shows the time and date but because they don’t see my name of phone number coming up at the time I’m telling them they can not help me …. Mind you the rep didn’t give me a receipt because they ran out but no one could help me …. Someone else info comes up at the time of my purchase… so I wonder what kind of scamming fishiness is going on that this store …AT THE TIME THE CONTROLLERS WAS 44.99 I had the controller in my cart but decided to go pickup in store … this email and my purchase have the same date …. The extra money paid was supposed to be for protection but somehow I don’t have protection 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

I am not someone who spends money carelessly, so when I decided to place an order over $160 with GameStop, it actually meant something to me. What I got in return was a $40 toy that had absolutely nothing to do with what I ordered. Honestly, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt at first, mistakes happen. But the item I ordered was newly released and hard to find, and I can't shake the feeling that this was not an accident. GameStop needs to seriously look into how something like this slips through. What really stung was how it was handled. When I called customer support, I wasn't given options, I was given one: send it back and wait for a refund. I asked if they could just send me the right item while I returned the wrong one. No. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was put on hold... and then sent to voicemail. I couldn't even get a temporary credit to reorder while the return was being processed. Nothing. So now I'm the one jumping through hoops to fix a mistake that wasn't mine. I have to package this up, ship it back, and hope the item is still available by the time any of this gets sorted out — all because GameStop couldn't offer a single ounce of flexibility or goodwill. It genuinely left a bad taste. I've attached the receipt and the wrong item as proof. Do yourself a favor and think twice before ordering anything limited or high-value from their site. As a customer for over 20 years I do not care to shop with this establishment after this experience.
