GameStop - 7701 - SWM Lighthouse Village

My wife and I stopped in with one question. Not only did Anna answer our question thoroughly, she provided such excellent customer service that we ended up purchasing a Nintendo Switch 2 and accessories. I also witnessed her going above and beyond to address the needs of two other customers. She is a prize and a delight.

Went there to ask questions about selling a gaming switch . The guy behind the counter was trying to answer my questions and said I needed a charging dock in order to exchange the product which I fine but when I called and asking they only said I needed the power cord since I don’t have a dock . The the guys husband that doesn’t work there was there and started to give me his two cents and at first i was like sorry im talking to the guys behind the desk . Frustrated because they told me something different on the phone. I was not rude at first until his husband started budding in. He shouldn’t have somebody’s husband standing there while they’re working talking to customers the way he did. It was very inappropriate disrespectful, I’ve never been anywhere where somebody’s significant other was there while they were working that doesn’t even work. They’re telling me what I need to do. Game stop Has gone down hill ! Very, very rude I will never go back to that location

Special shout-outs to the manager Antony and 2 of the female employees (Addison and I can't remember the other's name) that had to help me over an inconvenience caused to me by GameStop corporate. I online pre-ordered the collectors edition of Assassin's Creed Shadows for the PS5 and GameStop sent me the Xbox version and then proceeded to give me the run around trying to return it and replace it. Corporate was terrible, but the store workers and Anthony were kind, understanding, and as helpful as they could be.

Went into the store with a bunch of questions and had them answered respectfully and throughly. Thank you Justin for all your help and answering my questions! Great service! I am more knowledgeable and informed than I was previously
