GameStop - 7697 - Eastgate S/C

The store goes honor warranty extensions.

Has decent products. Whether your looking for electronic games, TCG, sports cards or collectible toys. Only downsides is the store is a bit small, somewhat cluttered and needs some straightening up. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. 👍🏼

Called ahead looking for a game. Was told it was in stock. When i arrived there was only one person working the counter. Waited in lone for an hour til it was my turn to be helped. When i asked for the game, the gamestop employee informed me that he could not find the game. Even though i did call ahead for the game, and even after waiting a whole hour for it and just to be informed that he could not find it was very disappointed.

Friendly customer service but out of stock on most of the product that one needs

Gamestop was good very first time stepping foot in this location of Fresno. The employee was very respectful and greeted me as I walked in. Help me out when I needed it when I got my pre-order pick up game. I will definitely be coming back to this location, very soon, very clean and very organized inside the store.
