GameStop - 7665 - Timber Creek Crossing

A year ago I came to buy a Nintendo Switch 2. Everything was fine, but at the time of paying the guy was very insistent on selling me insurance for my console, I repeatedly said no, but I ended up practically forcing myself to buy it. Today, a year later, I am receiving a notification of a charge to my credit card for an annual subscription to the store that I never did. That is, they charged me for last year's subscription and now one more. A subscription that I had no idea had been made and that obviously I never agreed to make. This is a breach of trust.

Well, hadn't been to this store in probably 20 years. But needed something from there when I got there. The guy made me stand there for 5 or 6 minutes. While he talked on the phone instead of putting that person on hold and acknowledging the customer in front of him, or at least saying I'll be right with you. He didn't neither He just kept talking on the phone. Anyway. Should I be giving them more stars?Since I found what I was looking for l o l

This location is awesome, and has a variety of games to choose from. Ian is amazing at what he does. He went above and beyond when I needed a replacement charger for my gameboy SP. He is very knowledgeable, and very patient with everyone. I'll keep coming back to make my game purchases. This is the best gamestop I've ever been to.

I went in with a big bag of things to trade in today. Darin was super patient and even helped me get the most out of my trade ins! He also helped me purchase my new switch 2 with a game and accessories with the trade in credit! Even with the things, they couldn't accept, he suggested what to do with them too. Great customer service!

rude employees 🤦🏻‍♀️ told us he was going to follow us home and was mad we made two transactions instead of just one. said it’s not his job to help out customers even though it literally is ? why work somewhere you hate and hate the customers equally as much..
