GameStop - 7631 - SWM Port Orchard

Had to order everything from their terrible e-commerce because their power went out. Also, they opened a Credit Card for me, and just pencil whipped all the info. I'm pretty sure it has me listed at 00000 000 0 gig harbor [null]

every time I go in here everyone of the employees have been helpful and kind.

since GameStop as closed the Gig Harbor location a few of the employees had transferred up to the Port orchard location which is where this review will be on. Some of the employees just strictly went on unemployment. They were trying to get people to stay up here in Port orchard because they were having the switch come out and they needed people. We're going in there they're not super friendly and really I kind of missed a friendliness of The Gig Harbor store. Unfortunately corporate America they want to close things when they're not doing that well money-wise so it is what it is

The manager Dan has no tact when it comes to customer service. Way to shout "no" before I even finished my question. In a small town you don't have too many options when it comes to where you can get the newest consoles. I know you can't make miracles happen but empathy and compassion goes a long way. I've always gone out of my way to support my local GameStop by pre ordering and buying warranties just to help out with their numbers. Doesn't feel great when you're clearly not a valued customer.

great customer service, welcomed me in as soon as i entered the building with smiles on their faces! i also got to watch how they communicated with other customers, they connect with each person, they show nothing but respect and happiness as far as i could see, and they all have a great friendly atmosphere within the store, your allowed to be you anyway you are!
