GameStop - 7604 - Frontier Square

This store has a terrible environment since the new manager has taken over. She has a nasty attitude that makes this place miserable to walk into. Safe to say, this place is no longer with my time or money. I will be gladly taking my business somewhere local or online.

Miles has been a very helpful and happy worker, he helped me find the perfect controller once mine stopped working and has been very happy to help each time I've gone in

The staff was rude and unprofessional. My dad went in to buy a game for my brothers birthday and the staff working (I think she was the manager) continued trying to push the number and warranty onto him. After he continued to say no, politely might I add, she told him that if he wanted to come in to return it that "it better be damaged" and that she "cant help him". He left discouraged and disappointed. RUDE.

The store is open during certain hours but when I showed up they have a sign saying left at 3 and will be back at 3:35. This is very disappointing and I won’t be shopping here anymore.
