GameStop - 7595 - Jungle Jims

Small store but surprisingly well organized. And found a few things in didnt at other locations

The purchasing time was quick and easy! They have many used switch games on sale

Worst GameStop ever what you mean you don’t have 2k26 in stock it’s so crazy dude. To make it worse have every game but can’t stay in stock with just one? Seriously though

Open light is on, google says open till nine. The store sign says open till 8, And it’s only 7:21pm. First time coming to this location as it is the nearest to my home. I will not be coming back to this location since they appear to be irregular with their operation hours.

Alan (and customer support) went above and beyond today. I logged onto the website to check my points in hopes to save some money on a replacement oled switch, it showed I had over 80k. Great, so I went into the store not even 10 minutes later to use my points and my account stated I had 0 points. Alan called customer service for me and helped me resolve my issue. Alan was super patient with me even though the store seemed understaffed and a small line was forming behind me at checkout. I truly appreciate the care I received today.
