GameStop - 7572 - SWM Renaissance Square

If I could give 0 stars I would me and my boyfriend have called this store more than 10 times to see if they have a game in stock before heading there. There is no answer. It seems people don’t want to work just by looking at the other reviews of people experiencing the same thing. If y’all don’t want to work QUIT!!!! Let people who actually have customer service etiquete to have the work. Lazy People!

Dude gave me a free funco pop as a sighn of liking my out fit then takes it from me as I leave saying I did not pay Mangers playing like children

Called 3 times to see if they have a particular game in stock but no answer. Walked in and there’s 2 people working, one of which is just on their phone and they don’t even have the game the website says the have. Lol.

The booster bundle I received last night at the midnight release has been tampered with… All 6 packs have been cracked open. Shame on you!!!

I came by for the midnight card release and every pack in the booster bundle I purchased had been opened. They put it in a bag and rolled it up so I couldn't really see it until I got home. I also paid way over MSRP expecting to get a promo card, which I did not. I'm sure the 10 employees behind the counter all got a promo card. Very weird vibe in there. Never again.
