Went to see there pokemon cards but they are just as bad as scalpers up charging all there boxes and packs instead of selling them for retail and I dont buy from scalpers

We have never been racially profiled like my husband was today . He walked in the store no hello how are you or welcome .Just people shopping starring at him My husband is Black African American Man.He not a thief or a Thugg . So why the people in the store looked at him like he was .Then when he made a purchase they were shocked .Now I understand yall president may have yall hating minorities but me being Hispanic I find that your store is racist and will never get my business.They would do this the day I don’t go in with him .After last year for Christmas we spent over $500 in yall store.Thank you For showing yall true colors

The worst customer service possible. Employees are rude and uncharismatic but they work at GameStop so that's to be expected. Would not recommend

I have been a long time customer of the store until today. Went in the store at 7 p.m. (open till 8) to do a trade in. They had 2 employees and a single customer in the store. I was told that one employee was helping the customer with a trade in which is fine, the other employee said she couldn’t help cause she was busy cleaning stuff traded in earlier in the day and they wouldn’t have time to help me and to come back another day. 2 employees, 1 customer and couldn’t get help. Won’t be back
