Spoke to a manager named Sabrina and ahe sounded like she did not really want to figure out what happened to the yearly program they have for $25! I renewed it on my last purchase of Oblivion and exchanged a control! which she did not mention! So I want to know where my $25 went and how this specific store can refund it or look into what happened with the yearly credits I should receive!!!! So disappointed!!

Keyla, Keyla, Keyla. A true gem to the company. She was soooooo sweet, she took her time with us, she didn’t rush us but most importantly the connection we actually made with her. Her passion for Pokémon shined through her. She answered all of our questions and educated us on the different packages GameStop had to offer regarding Pokémon. By the time we knew it we were sharing family photos with her and Pokémon stories! She was a freaking vibe. She gave us the benefits on renewing our membership & ALL THE PERKS with it! We walked into that GameStop hoping to leave ASAP, once she started helping us….. I wanted nothing more than to stay! Before leaving we even shared a hug! Great job and we will see you again! Crap customer service, the asst. Manager Sabrina is absolutely worthless. Cancelled a pickup order after 2 days when hold is for 3 days. Then all my points and giftcard did not get refunded.

Brandon was a great sales rep, got me a new controller and tested it before purchasing it. Great job buddy keep it up.
