The store in general has been great. We had questions, they had answers..the had ideas because we have no clue lol. There membership plan is ideal and worth it... And then to top it off today Autumn helped us with some returns and she is the reason for this review. Thank you

Sold my Xbox with a controller included and they made me buy a controller so they could sell a non wired one with it and on their website it says I’d get 77 dollars and when the total showed I was getting 42 I only ended up getting 18 so definitely wouldn’t recommend these guys to sell your stuff to….. very disappointed

Went there to buy some gift cards a few months ago. The guy behind the counter was hassling the couple in front of me about signing up for their membership. They said no multiple times and eventually walked out without purchasing anything. I wasn’t looking forward to my upcoming interaction. Sure enough he complained to me about them leaving, looking for validation for his poor customer service. Then proceeded to give me the same flack for not wanting to sign up. I shop at GameStop so rarely, I don’t see a point in adding to my email junk folder. I just stared at him until he rung me up. He complained the whole time about my poor choices. Maybe he needs some additional training on how to take no for an answer. It’s not that hard.

Asst. Mgr Mathew!!! Said we have to sign up for their program and I said no thank you. We have to tell him why, I said no thank you. If we don't sign up we can't make the purchase. We left about $140 on their counter and bought the same stuff at Wal-Mart for about $100. People do t need to come there anymore so the customer service is all you have left and everybody knows how bad that is. Very sad

I’m giving this particular store four stars. Because I had a lot of questions about game they didn’t even carry. They were able to answer all my questions and then when I had a few questions about some of the products. The people inside didn’t lose any patience whatsoever. This review is several months old I have was late doing it.
