GameStop - 749 - Western Hills Plaza

In a super snippy tone "not trying to rush you.. we close in 5 minutes!" Im 40 years old, own a million dollar popcirn shop in hyde park, work 70 hour weeks, have 9 employees, make 5000 lbs of popcorn with my bare hands and a boat or in a kettle from 6 in the morning till 7 o'clock every night. Gamestop is my one place where I go to get my collectibles. Ive spent upwards of 60k over the past 5 years with the gamestop in fort wright. The manager Jeff had never once talked down to me about closing time. I for sure will never be back to glenway location. I will tell every single person about this experience tonight June 16th at 7:50 PM, at the glenway location, when my patrons keep me past closing or I show up early for special orders, just to be a good business owner providing excellent customer service. That employee will have a real rude awakening someday when he has to get a real adult job, and that makes me very happy. Have fun going down with ship when Amazon closes the rest of your doors, and you had a chance as a small business that's barely hanging on to actually provide good service and not sound like a arrogant twit.

I came here to buy Stardew Valley. Found it with ease, and it seemed like they had a pretty wide selection of games! The workers were nice. 9/10 recommend

Poorest store I've ever been too, they sell you faulty equipment and tell you to return it within a week and when you do they don't honor it and make you purchase another one just to get home and it doesn't work either, and when you call they just give you an attitude and make it like it's your fault then I called the corrupt number and they don't do anything but file a "ticket" which is fancy talk for "sorry try again"

Rude staff unfortunately, I wasn't greeted entering the store and stood for roughly 15 minutes without being acknowledged. They did acknowledged me however to let me know they were closing in 2 minutes. I miss the customer service I used to receive here😪

the two ladies working close tonight 10/24/25 were super friendly and sweet despite me coming pretty late. thank you guys for answering all my questions
