GameStop - 738 - Sunrise Festival

Good selection and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have been shopping here for years. Will continue my business here

Ordered something online, got confirmation, drove 30 minutes to come get it, just for it to be sold to the person in front of me. Also refund has not been sent over.

Always a fun place, even if just browsing.

The team are usually in a good mood and have useful info about my questions or just enjoy a quick convo. Theyre typically stocked in just about anything I may need or want as well

I wish I could give this less than 1 star. What a disappointment, after years of frequenting this location and thousands of dollars spent, I will never be back. I recently took my 13 year old daughter to this store for birthday, where she quickly found a anime figurine she feel in love with on the clearance table. After very rudely being informed by the cashier that she was $4.00 short we promptly left the store in tears my daughter in tow and counted every cent we could find in the car. Upon returning, we were completely humiliatwd again by the same very rude cashier that had to count each cent out while making comments to her fellow employees. After all of that we were told my daughter was $1.03 short so we had to leave the store empty handed!! Thank you GameStop for showing your customers that loyalty does not pay off. Merry Christmas. I truly hope that $1.00 Was worth the hundreds on Christmas gifts my husband and I had planned to buy in store, I guess we can save the money and buy on Amazon!
