GameStop - 718 - Berkshire Square Shops

Shout out to Mike for helping me and my finance with some questions we had!

10/10 location. Nice dudes, quick service.

Came in with a simple question, was talked down to by the worker. I spent 10 minutes trying to solve this issue, was met with condescension and nothing but rudeness. Either get better employees, or train them to have better customer service. This is ridiculous and no customer should be treated this way.

My experience in this store a day ago was amazing. Mike the employee was one of the best GameStop employees I’ve encountered in a long time shopping at GameStop. Hope they recognize his personality

This store sent me a refurbished switch that was horribly packaged with no cushioning whatsoever. One of the Joycons arrived defective and the left stick had broken off, I can only assume because of the poor packaging. Do NOT order online, always go in for this stuff. Ridiculous to spend $200+ on a console to receive THAT in the mail. If this is how they handle online orders I don’t want to know how they handle stuff in-store.
