GameStop - 6985 - Southside Mall

New manager uses disgusting language in front of customers, talks poorly about past and present employees; entirely inappropriate behavior for leadership I used to love having a local game store, having a woman as their GM made me feel safe when shopping. I already drive 30 minutes for games what’s an extra 15 to get to Vestal where they’re actually excited about customers

Beware don’t buy from here!!! Spent $40 on a preowned ps5 game and was defective. No store credit was given only trade in at a loss as a defective copy. Guy was not helpful and didn’t care.

Do not go here, these guys are thieves. My family purchased a 100$ ps game card that was in a box of headphones. When they went to purchase the box was missing the 100$card so the employee had to go to the shelf to get another box. The employee gave my family the empty box without them knowing. I returned and he found the rang up card on the shelf but couldn't verify it was mine because my receipt only shows the last 4 digits of the rang up gamecard. They refuse to give me a refund. I've been a power plus member and a shopper for over 20 years. You guys are garbage

Thomas was the man who helped me just today to buy a Switch. He was cordial and had awesome rapport, making jokes and really solid recommendations. Absolutely look forward to buying from him in the future. The store was clean and tidy, and everyone there is always attentive. It's in a good location too. The only knock is that it's smaller, but the space they have is full of up-to-date games and tech. Awesome store.
