Im trying to understand you have a note on door stating closed from 11AM- 5PM but you're open??? Been outside waiting on these individuals to open store but clearly you're closed due to lunch truly unprofessional. WTH. You just get dropped off and then u have us customers waiting and you're outdide smoking with individual that just dropped u off. Im tooo through this is what Game Stop does. Who's the owner

Reilly was super helpful and efficient with the game trade-in/store credit process. Yall definitely don’t pay her enough for her positive attitude in retail. 10/10

Everytime I visit this place with my 7 yr old grandson we have always received excellent customer service!!!! We see someone different everytime, but get the same excellence! Trust me, I am a store manager and I only spend my hard earned money, in a store that is clean and people friendly like mine. Awesome job👏🏾👏🏾

Came in to trade some stuff in for a new console. Guy did not seem interested or wanting to help. Looked like he didn’t even want to do it or even be there. Had some questions about the trade in values and it felt like it was impossible to ask him questions. Ended up leaving after he said he wouldn’t take my switch in that had a sticker on it and didn’t even try to see himself if it would leave residue or not (it didn’t). Just left a bad taste and I did not feel like doing business with him with his attitude. Didn’t get his name but long hair and beard. Not very personable probably shouldn’t be working in retail.

Went in because my son wanted a new controller. The employee(didn't catch her name) was extremely helpful. I had questions pertaining to other things and she answered helped me find the right controller and stick grips. It's been years since I was in a gamestop so this was a decent experience.
