Was hesitant on sending my cards to get PSA graded through GameStop. This establishment made the process smooth and gained my trust 👍🏼 if you’re hesitant , don’t be.

I have ventured to this fine establishment many times, each have been pleasant and welcoming, the employees are all very kind, especially the ginger guy, hats off to him. They have consistent sales and mostly reasonable prices, and if you are a pro member (like me) you get many great benefits. Some people complain about their trade in offers, but as someone who has worked at an antique store, they need to make money too, if you bring in a ps5 worth 500 dollars, and they buy and sell it for that, they make no profit. Besides that GameStop is a welcoming and kind environment for all ages.

I paid for a new PS5 pro and the cashier brought out a box that was damaged in several places and the seal was broken. I told him I didn't want that one. It looked like it was used and returned. He said he could not give me a different console because I paid for that one with the serial number, but he could put the console in a different box. I said no, I'll return it and buy a new one without a damaged box. My concern was that the console would be damaged. So he took the one in the damaged box to the back room (it took him a while) and brought back one where the seal was open. I don't know for sure, but I suspected he exchanged the same console for a new box like he said. I told him no, because the seal was broken. I said I just wanted my money back, which he did, but he was very angry and rude about it. I went next door and bought one for the same price at Target with a new box and it was sealed. Target also gives a 30 day return policy and Game Stop has just a 7 day return policy. Game Stop removed all my credits from my membership when they refunded my money. I won't be doing business with them again.
