I would highly recommend to not shop here. I bought the incorrect thing and went to either return or exchange it and I was told I could not. The item is unopened, sealed and they stated they are not able to return. I'm glad it was only a $20 item, but it was for Christmas and unfortunately, I purchased what was recommended to me by the associate. Again, I would not shop here again.

Definitely upset about the Pokémon release today. Waited in line since 430 this morning. The manager working today came outside to give us tickets For when we enter the store, I was number four in line. Upon asking them if they had certain packs available, they responded with a yes or no. Wanted two booster boxes which they had available. The person in front of me took one booster box making leaving only 1 Booster box available. I was nice and let the person behind me take what I was told was the last booster box. (person behind me was a friend, first time picking up cards waiting in line) When they proceeded to the Fifth person in line they told them they still had booster boxes available. I politely asked if I could get the two booster boxes then and my friend wanted his 2nd box he was allowed to have. I was informed that they need to spread items out to other people in line. This is extremely frustrating when they’re selling booster boxes to have the line and I’ve been waiting early in the morning. In other words, there’s no guarantee even if you’re the first person in line that you’re going to be able to get what you been waiting for. PS these cards were meant for my 15 year-old son. We rip everything and do not resell. Question for anybody. could they have been holding onto boxes for their friends in line that were behind us? Selling cards on the side?

Went in to get some pokemon cards for my daughter. Chris was very nice and let me know of key dates on new releases at that location.
