Game was marked for $29.99. I verified the name on the sticker to make sure it was the correct game. It was. Took it up to the register to purchase and it rang up for $69.99. Store employee was unable to change the price on the register, but put it on hold for us until the manager came back from vacation. Called back today and asked to speak to the manager about the game. Thinking she is the manager, I’d assume she would be able to rectify the situation. Nope. She gave a rather dismissive apology and stated there’s a different company that is in charge of the pricing in the system and that there was nothing she could do. It’s a nice GameStop location, very well organized and all. But just beware of the pricing listed on the items, and how much you end up being charged at the register. Double check your total before paying at this location. Very shady stuff… 👎

Lily was an absolute dear. Helped me sell my games and assisted in the process of buying a new controller for my Switch. She made sure I was absolutely satisfied. This is the best GameStop experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve been around the country. Thank you so much, Lily!

I'd say it's one of the best gamestops in Florida in general employees are super kind and help me find fnaf merch and they have even held things for me before because I can't be there right away but that gives me a chance to get them even if it's a little later and recently they have been doing a great job of stocking fnaf merch ♾️/10 would recommend coming here

I have tried calling this store about 10-12 times over 3 weeks at different times of day and different days of week. They refuse to answer the phone. I think we can all understand missing a call here or there especially if it is a busy time of day. But never answering the phone leads me to believe that they are severely understaffed, or severely mis-managed. If you want to check on something here at this store you will need to go to the location, but I would suggest spending your money somewhere different.

GameStop has become my son’s favorite place to buy, sell, and trade all things gaming. It’s funny how times have changed—I remember when I had a card shop and relied on the Beckett price guide. Now it’s all about trade-ins, consoles, and the latest releases. Different era, same excitement… just a new kind of marketplace for the next generation of gamers.
