GameStop - 6900 - Market Place

My 8 year old was so excited to take her birthday money to buy something here. The guy at the counter was great when talking with her. He made her feel welcomed, and even talked to her about Lorcana and pokemon. Great customer service.

Worst GameStop I’ve ever been to. Don’t try to trade in, no matter what you’ll be told your system is defective. I’ve come back 6 times now and been given a different reason for being considered “defective” every time. I see now how GameStop is keeping its doors open. Also, learn how to turn on an open sign. 🤦‍♂️

Good service friendly staff but there is limited to what they carry in a small location but overall is a good store

On your website it says that you're open at 11:00, I've been waiting for 30 minutes for you to open your door because your website says you open at 11:00, it is 11:44 why are you not open. You need to fix the time on your website if you're going to be respectful to your customers you know the ones that are trying to come and do business with you.

**Thanks so much, Kia!!** Though this review is a week overdue, the exceptional service I received still stands out and deserves recognition. I stopped by GameStop about a week ago and had such a great experience thanks to Kia, the amazing customer service representative who helped me. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She made sure I got what I needed, gave advice on some older games and her positive attitude and authenticity made the whole visit an absolute pleasure. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and enthusiasm — truly outstanding service!
